Cleanliness of vehicle

Good Morning Dan, I was very pleased with you as a service adviser, but can't say that I was over impressed with the condition they left the van. Mike Biasi has already offered to have the van cleaned at the auto spa and I will have that done in the near future. I just had it cleaned and it's fine for now. I did not mind that you loaned me a car while my air bag was being fixed under recall.

The service was very good, my car was delivered a bit later than expected but that is no big deal. the price could be better but we'll see how I feel about it in a few years if and how much I have to put in my new car. I was pleased and so far would purchase another Honda.

Appointment was made for Vehicle Oil change (regular B service) ; got a call that the rear brakes needed replacing; then another call that the alignment was off. All in all service was more costly than planned; but if work needed to be done so be it.

I always appreciate the great service at Palladino Honda. I have gone elsewhere on a few occasions for time purposes. I would love to have the quick in and out service offered elsewhere. Booking a service seems to block an entire morning or afternoon.
