Exceptional service - every time

I recently leased a CRV from Palladino Honda. Their sales rep, Matt, asked me a few question to figure out which vehicle best fit my wants and needs. He was knowledgable with the Honda product line and set me up in 2016 CRV EX. Till now I've never driven a Honda but I can tell you it won't be my last

My partner and I were in the market to by our first car. After disappointing experiences with sales people at other dealerships in the city we were blown away by the time and care Jay put in to helping us find our vehicle. Bought a pre-owned car 2012 Infiniti G37 but never felt discounted. The way I was treated was the same as if I bought their top of the line 2016 Honda. The entire team made me feel important and serviced and no detail was left out. I will definitely consider buying a Honda for my next car! I also tell everyone I know about my positive experience.
