We were very happy with our car buying experience with sales agent Jayson Ball. He was very courteous, explained everything in detail, and after purchase took the time to show us some features of our new car, and even program a few radio channels, and set up our blue tooth connection with our cell phone. The entire process was stress-free. Rob was personable, patient, friendly, and most importantly, not pushy. There were no surprises and he really took the time to explain everything about the process, and also afterwards, when it came to setting everything up with the car itself. It was a very enjoyable experience and I'm very happy with my purchase.
