I just bought a brand new 2015 Traverse from SMP and I could not be happier. They didn't have one with the interior that I had wanted so I was going to settle on a different one, but my Salesman Randy refused to let me settle. He searched all over until he found me one with everything I wanted. I am soo grateful and I absolutely would recommend SMP to anyone else out there looking for a new ride! Thanks Guys!

We felt mislead

It shouldn't take 6 to 7 hours to buy a vehicle. Had problems with my xm radio, they were late for my appointment, forgot to install my mud flaps. They emailed me a photo of my truck, when I took it home different rims. They were adamant that they are the same rims. One rim has 6 spokes the other 7 spokes. Were told that the truck was in perfect condition and we found cut in the seat. They have addressed the seat issue but as for the other issues they have brushed them off as a misunderstanding and that is unacceptable. If my old truck is still on the lot I will gladly it back and return this one

refreshing experience

I've just bought a newer half tonne from the most friendly and helpful car sales. After dealing with car sales in the past and not feeling comfortable this was very refreshing. The sales guy, sales manager and the finance dept were helpful, friendly and very professional. I would recommend family and friends for sure and would definitely shop there at SMP in the future.
