I was disappointed.

Dan is a very likeable person and does his job well. However, I was told I would get a FULL tank of gas (which I did not). The windshield on the inside of the car was very streaky. It should have been cleaned properly. I felt pressured when asked about what I was willing to spend per month. I had said, $375 when asked originally......then was asked if it went up a little more, say $390ish would that be ok....at the time I didn't think it would go up so much so said "ok".......I didn't like what I was hearing though and was thinking about ending the deal. I was told that I needed tire insurance......REALLY!! an extra $399 tacked on the bill....I said "NO"......once all said and done my payments went down to $385....a lot better than $397 or $410. I had to pay for mud flaps and mats, which was ridiculous.....especially when both my husband and myself were looking for new vehicles......my husband hasn't said "yes" yet.. to the new vehicle or deal.......what happened to the days when a person spends thousands of dollars for something you get something in return???? Oh yeah, flowers don't cut it, I felt PATRONIZED. I also asked for a GMC jacket and was told "oh, I cant get you one" but my husband was told "oh, I can get you anything you want"......what does that mean?........well there were lots of jackets in the service department. This may be the first and last time I make a deal with SMP. As for my husband???

Levon and staff made purchasing a new vehicle a calm and positive experience

We just purchased our second truck from Levon, and once again, it was a good experience. Levon was very respectful of the car we traded in (unlike other dealerships we visited). He was eager to find us what we wanted, and he never suggested vehicles we wouldn't be interested in. We never felt pushed or pressured by him at any point in the experience. We strongly recommend Levon to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My husband and I went in to the dealership to purchase one car and left with two...the staff were very helpful. Dan and his team were very knowledgeable about various financing options that were available to meet our family needs. At SMP The financial team works very hard to get the right fit for every budget. SMP , Dan and Dean...oh not mention the entire team are very amazing.

Alden put in lots of effort in assisting with the purchase of my new vehicle, and kept the experience light-hearted and low stress. He displays good product knowledge and was willing to admit when he didn't immediately know an answer to one of my questions; he offered to look into it and get back to me. I felt he spoke genuinely and seems to pride himself in honesty in his dealings. The honesty combined with product knowledge gave me a strong sense that he believes in the brand. Keep it up Alden!
