Amazing experience.

After another dealership sold the truck I told them I was buying the next day I decided to go to SMP. I saw the truck that I wanted their and they did everything they could to get me into the truck. They didn't try to sell me another truck unlike the other dealership. I would highly recommend Allen and SMP to anyone for a car purchase.

Worse customer service! I took my car to get a recall done and an oil change, when it is done there was a door ding on my drivers door. I told them and they said they would fix it. I made an appointment to get it done, when I picked it up it wasn't fixed at all! They told me there was nothing they could. After fighting about getting it fixed they told me they couldn't. When I left the customer service person I was dealing with was smiling at another employee there. Needless to say I will never be going back there.

Because the scratch was minor and under dirt, we could not clearly see if it was there on the cameras when you drove it in. However, interviews with the people who handled your car, including your Service Advisor, and a review of surveillance data have allowed us to determine that the scratch did not occur here. We are truly sorry that your car had a blemish, but we are happy that we were able to make it much less noticeable.

Best dealership in Saskatoon. Great priced vehicles in great condition. Allen from the used car division is the best dealer and the rest of the staff at smp are just as great. They will try as hard as they can to get you into a vehicle.

i was shown the vehicle (Grand Prix Pontiac) upon arrival. I was offered food and drink which made me feel very welcomed and I felt as though I was at home. The Dan Barrett Sales Team was extremely friendly, humorous, welcoming, and efficient and I am very pleased with my experience. I thank them ever so much for having found a vehicle for me.

Provided a lot of options to suit my requirements. The sales person, Eben, was excellent. The finance manager, Jeff, went through all the finance paperwork very throughly and that was greatly appreciated. Jeff was also hilarious, which made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Great Service and Great SUV

I dealt with Kelly when I purchased my last vehicle 5 years ago, so it says something that I went back to him to get my new Equinox. Even though he's a busy guy, he made sure to take good care of me. When my Equinox came in, he spent a lot of time going over all the features with me and getting my OnStar set up. He even brought me my favourite chocolates as a thank-you for buying from him! I would refer him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I had great service from the Sales Manager (Dan), Finance Manager (Rick), and Business Manager (Tamara), and I absolutely LOVE my new Equinox!
