Fantastic service at Palladino Honda!

I had an amazing experience at Palladino Honda. I was greeted with a friendly smile, and felt like I was a valued customer. I had my B servicing done on my car as well I needed a rattling noise looked at while my car was in the shop. Servicing was perfect, and Kara walked me through the bill and my inspection. She asked me repeatedly if I had any questions or concerns, and made me feel comfortable! I am from Sault Ste Marie, but chose to lease my car and get most of my servicing done at Palladino. (depending on where I am working) I recommend Palladino Honda to my friends and colleauges, and hope to be a long time customer! Thank you Kara, you rock! Sincerly, Shannon Charrette

I was a little hesitant over how my experience with Steff was going to go as I have had bad experiences with used cars in the past. It was refreshing to know that Steff actually listened to me and wanted to work with me to get me exactly what I wanted, for that I am thankful!

A very unpleasant experience.

I bought my Pilot in for radio problems...the wrong part was ordered twice. A big waste of my time and my wife's time who had to bring me there twice...we try to avoid using the shuttle at all cost because of our previous experience with it. I passed on going back a third time to get my radio display fixed...I'd rather go without it than have to go back to Palladino Honda.

Having the dealership open on Thursday evenings until 8:00 is very convenient - especially for people with hectic lives! Thank you for providing that flexibility for customers. More of that needs to be done in Sudbury in general.

made the appointment easily, brought car in and assessed quickly and fixed within few hours

My car had an oil leak, (transmission fluid. I called from out of town and my car was booked in for an appointment. The process was inspection went quickly and it was serviced within a few hours. The transmission oil lines had corroded and they were replaced. The transmission was also flushed and new oil replaced. The work had to be done and thankfully it was not overpriced. Each contact person was pleasant, explained what was to be done and pointed me in the direction of coffee and the waiting area.

My appointment was at 9:30 and My car was still not in at 10:30

When I arrived they told me my car was not going in for some time.. I asked why I was there at 9:30 if they knew I was not going in for at least an hour... at 10:30 I requested my keys back because I had another appointment at 11:30... they then promised me they would bring it in right away and I would have it back by 11:15... I would think if I had made an appointment to bring it in I would not have to wait for almost 2 hours

New car purchase

Kyle, the sales person, was A-1. Excellent. But the sales pitch for purchase of extra warranty, from the financial agent, was not a pleasurable experience. That, I did not appreciate. I found that fellow to be too pushy and not respectful of my point of view.
