I am not to happy with Final Coat ,I have rust on the hood they will not cover, but you people at Paladino.touch up the underneat &when needed recoat it . For that I am thankful;your staff has always been pleasant to deal with thank you Laurier Bourdon

I filled out my initial buyer's survey and mentioned that we had not gone through the service requirements of the vehicle when we took ownership of the car. By the next day I received a call and went through the service requirements of the vehicle very thoroughly. I was impressed with how promptly they responded to my comment and the willingness to make sure that my experience at Pallidino was a good one. So far, I have no complaints.

Very fast service

At first I was not thrilled with my attempts to purchase a vehicle through Palladino. I am from out of town and was trying to coordinate a purchase from a different city. I am not sure if it was an overly busy week but there ended up being a lot of miscommunications. I am SO happy that I went back a few months later. Pat, Jamie and Denis were great to work with. They were able to help get the vehicle ready for me quickly to facilitate me getting back home quick. I am incredibly pleased with the vehicle. I look forward to following up with the service department in the future.
