Great service

Cody Arnott was the sales associate who helped me purchase my vehicle. He was very professional and had the asnswers to all of my questions. He made the process very easy and great service all around. The environment was very friendly and all the staff were great.

Good morning, The employees behind the counter were cooperative and helpful. The maintenance technician unfortunately didn't offer to scan my car (I would have paid for the service) since there was a light on my dashboard.

Helen was helpful, knowledgeable, and delivered the service in a timely manner. Brenda Abbott was the best Service Appointment Coordinator that I've ever dealt with; she had answers to all my questions. Marilyn Bodson is always very friendly and has a nice smile.

Helen was very efficient in ensuring my needs were met when dealing with an issue covered under warranty. Also, both shuttle drivers I had were very friendly and a pleasure to ride with.

I went to Honda with the intent of purchasing a vehicle. I was not certain what type I wanted or if I wanted new or used. I found the salesman to be very patient and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. He accompanied me on my test drive and took the time to show me all the features and answer my many questions. When I made my decision to buy, he took time to again show me features before I drove away and program my phone with my new car. I am appreciative of the experience I had. Thank you,

The service provided by Palladino Honda is excellent - friendly staff, fast, efficient and quality work. I was always pleased with the service I received at the Kingston dealership when I lived there, but Palladino is the best dealer and service provider I have ever dealt with. Customer for life!
