After nearly 10 hours of vehicle shopping and test driving around the Sudbury area my husband and I thought we were done for the day. During dinner we just happened to look on the Palladino Honda web-site and they had several pre-owned vehicles that we had been looking for and they were open till 8:00 p.m. Made a quick stop at Palladino and was immediately introduced to Jayson Ball who not only took us for a fabulous test drive and showed us what the vehicle was capable of, but was very kind, caring and compassionate. He made the whole experience very easy and stress free. He stayed passed the 8:00 p.m. closing time to help us close the deal on our new-to-us 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Would definitely recommend Palladino Honda if you are looking for a pre-owned vehicle and most certainly ask for Jayson Ball...you won't be disappointed!!

Went in and was looked after right away. Had an coffee and looked at new cars. Had an oil change and block heater installed, was done in less then 1.5 hours;

Jay is an amazing sales guy! He really listens to our needs and wants, and is always able to pick out the PERFECT vehicle for us! He has no problem spending the time with us to make sure we're taken care of. He's the absolute best!

The service I received at Palladino, especially from Jay, was nothing but the BEST! Thank you for all your help getting me into my new 2016 Honda HR-V. I was anxiously waiting the release of this new model since I first heard about it. My friends at Palladino helped make my dream come true! Thumbs up all around! :D

We were looking around a bit but we were not desperate to buy a new vehicle right away. However, after dealing with Jayson Ball and a hilarious test drive (we had intended on testing two vehicles, but after the first one there was no point in driving another!) we decided on the Nissan Rogue. Jayson's easy going manner and no pressure approach made the perfect choice for us even easier. He was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and gave us a very reasonable trade in price for our previous vehicle. When we decide that we want/need another vehicle I will be seeing Jayson first.
