Respectful and pleasant to deal with a nice guy.

Richard was great to deal with. We had a hiccup with the shower rod but he came back the next day and finished the job up for us. A pleasure to work with.

Chandler was a very polite, informative and helpful gentleman. He was a careful, conscientious, and thorough worker. He made every effort to confine dust, etc and cleaned up very well. My only negative comment, and not about Chandler, would be that your company does not carry out all the reno work entailed in completing the project. Having to deal with 2 companies caused delays, etc..

Stan worked non-stop from 9:30 to 5:30 installing our tub unit. He did a great job quietly and cleaned up any mess. We are very pleased with the work he did.

My tub was to be fully replaced, install of a shower surround, and clean up exposed edges - trim. Adam clearly stated what the installer could do and what I should expect. I had no surprises during the renovation. Both Adam and the installer were prompt, very relaxed and easy to speak with and answered questions completely, time frame for completing the job was accurate and no mess left behind - thank you

Looks wonderful but not exactly what I expected

Thought some of the features would be more seamless. Also did not realize that you have to get the tub re-caulked at your own expense (Not actually seamless) But was told this 2 pc system is mentioned in their ads. I guess I must have misunderstood or did not hear that part in the ad. I wanted a straight curtain rod but an arched one was installed (I was not there to watch the install so did not see this until they were almost finished) and was told it could not be corrected due to the placement of the curved rod. (Something got lost in translation.) Was told the wall portion could be extended and brought to the floor (to eliminate the need for baseboard) but was not aware that it too would be 2 pieces so not seamless as I expected. It is costly but everything is done in one day and it does look great. They are in and out and leave your house clean.

The work was done well. The installation expert did his job exactly as instructed by the salesperson. Unfortunately, the salesperson's notes failed to include the fact we wanted a side holder for a shower wand in addition to the shower head (with diverter). This was later installed (48 hours later) after the salesperson was contacted and the error was corrected.
