Was disappointed when we picked up the vehicle and the problem was still there, but the service department was quick to get the car back in and resolved the issue. My mother states the car drive really good now.

The air conditioning was acting up. Dan explained what was covered under our extended warranty policy and they would also check whether that part was on recall. It was indeed on recall and therefore no cost was incurred.

Regular check-up exchange winter tires for summer tires change bad battery and reset radio and balance and align tires. All this work was done promptly and efficiently as always.

We were welcomed by all the staff - as usual. We have been dealing with Palladino Honda since we moved to Ontario 12 years ago and they have always been excellent to work with. This is Honda vehicle #5 for us and have always appreciated the quality of the product and service we have received with Honda.

Everyone was terrific with a positive attitude. I was called up on time and was offered a ride . I waited and the time was exactly as predicted. I asked a few questions and was answered politely and quickly . The waiting area was most pleasant with the offer of a selection of beverages . I was upset that I had already had my coffee at home .

The service is really great,they are always polite & they explain everything so I can understand,what's wrong with my van.The staff are always there to help & they are fantastic in explaining things so that I can understand.They always make sure that my van is safe for me to drive.They treat you like family & for me that's great.
