My experience was awesome as I was picked up right on time and they even called me to let me know my wipers needed changing. Limo driver was extremely friendly and courteous and we had a nice chat about my bicep surgery which I had two days before car appointment. Thank you Sean Mulcahy

I called in for a warranty item, the service desk was very polite and helpful, I was able to schedule an appointment very easily. The appointment occurred in a timely fashion and my issue was resolved smoothly.

I've had nothing but great experience when I go into Palladino, they all treat me with respect, and are very helpful and go out of there way to do so. I have only brought my vehicle in one time for an oil change, and they were fast and friendly. I will recommend to my friends and family to buy and service there car there. Very happy Marlene

I received the Pilot I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Scott was very helpful, and still is. This is the 3rd vehicle purchased from him, and 4th Honda. I did not expect a reply on the weekend, but he send me one. Dedication to costumers!
