I purchased/leased a 2025 Kia Sorrento. Everything I ever needed to know was provided to me. The customer service provided was fantastic.

I recently purchased a Kia K4 from Chris, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions, ensured I got the best deal possible, and made sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. If you’re looking for a great car-buying experience, I highly recommend Chris! Thanks again for the excellent service!

A Really good day today! Got to drive home my new wonderful ride! Thank you Kris and Chris for taking the time (Both Were generous, clear and patient) to go through all the financing options, warranty, new, surprising, and brilliant features of our new Seltos. Thank you. I look forward to enjoying my new car for years!

I recently bought a preowned 2022 kia forte with the help of Gregg McSherry. I found Greg a very helpful and not a pushy salesman. I found the atmosphere very friendly. I did come back a few times to look at vehicles. I felt comfortable dealing with him and well as with Kris in finance. On the day i came to pick up the car he was absolutely excellent in showing me all the features in the car and getting my phone connected . I still have to go back and get the remote start put in as well as my first oil change after purchase (complementary oil change for the first one) So i can update this review on that. Overall i had a great experience.

I was told I was booking in for a service appointment, and that my car would be fixed day of, I was even given a quote. I dropped off the car in the morning. They diagnosed the problem (that had already been diagnosed, so they did not give me any new info), charged me $200 in labour for it and tried to book the service for another day. They quoted me $150 over what a different shop charged me for the work (it was only a $150 fix at the other place, so half the price of Kia). When I tried to call and ask why I got a diagnosis and not the service I was expecting, they basically said “I wasn’t apart of the conversation so I don’t know” and “we never book appointments without diagnosing first”… so why wasn’t I told it was an appointment for diagnosis? If I had been told that, I would have said to just order the part and do the work since we already knew the issue. Not going to be using their services at all unless I have to for warranties
