While I love my vehicle, the service department here is absolutely atrocious. Even after following up, I never received updates on winter tire sensors that were back ordered when I purchased the vehicle (over 4 years ago), there have been defective parts from time of purchase they still haven’t resolved, and when it comes to actually needing something fixed, they either don’t get it done in the appointment time or delay it by months. I will not do anything voluntary here, only if I need to for my extended warranty. I would NOT purchase another vehicle here entirely because of the service department. Horrible waste of my time, energy, and apparently money.

Superb customer service. Greg took his time to answer all my questions and made my experience great. He also explained in detail all the functions of the car.

I absolutely LOVE my KIA SOUL💯!! It's a dream to drive & I'm enjoying all it's amazing features! Chris Gervais was honest, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly & really listened to what I wanted, with no pressure. The huge red bow when picking up my car, was really a nice touch! The whole Kia staff are friendly & it feels like a family! THANK YOU for a wonderful, fun experience, I have found my SOUL-mate🤩!!!
