I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Carnival from Wheaton Kia, Harry Singh was my salesperson, and he made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. Harry went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. Absolute worse customer service. I have called 7 times yesterday to book a service and no one from service would answer my call. Receptionist took my name and number to get them to call me and still haven’t heard 24 hours later. I refuse to do oil changes at Kia due to this lack of customer service I only need to have an appt as a big service is due. So disappointed especially since I’ve been a Kia driver for over 10 years.

I recently bought a new Kia Seltos from Kia Regina and had a great experience with Harry as my salesperson. He was very humble and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all the features like the heated seats, AWD, safety options, and infotainment system. The test drive was an excellent experience — Harry went over the features while driving and made sure I felt comfortable behind the wheel. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’m really happy with my new Seltos and would definitely recommend Harry and Kia Regina. I also worked with Chris in finance, who was very helpful. He explained all the options clearly and helped me get the extra protection for the car, which gave me peace of mind. The paperwork was smooth and easy to understand. Overall, I’m very happy with my new Seltos and highly recommend Harry, Chris, and the Kia Regina team.
