Just purchased a brand-new Kia Sportage from Wheaton Kia and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, my sales consultant Harry was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, well-informed, and confident in my decision. Harry took the time to walk me through all the features of the car in detail, explain how everything works, and answer every question I had. What really stood out was how clearly he explained the differences between various models and even compared them with other brands — making it very easy to see why the Kia Sportage stands out as a top choice. His communication was excellent throughout the process, and he made sure I had all the information I needed about servicing, warranties, and ownership. I left feeling not just like I bought a great vehicle, but that I understood everything about it. The Kia Sportage itself is a 10/10 — smooth ride, modern design, packed with features, and a great value for the price. Wheaton Kia was professional and helpful from the start of my car buying experience through to the purchase of my KIA Seltos. Chris Gervais acted as a consultant, not a salesperson, to make sure I was purchasing the vehicle that was right for me. Kris Willard handled the financial components of the purchase efficiently and answered all my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend purchasing a vehicle at Wheaton KIA!

I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Sportage here, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. My salesperson, Harry, was great to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly review all the vehicle's features with me, without rushing. He answered all of my questions clearly and maintained excellent communication throughout the process, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. I never felt any pressure or upselling—just honest, helpful service. I appreciated his professionalism and genuine approach, which made me feel confident in my decision. I would highly recommend both the dealership and Harry if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

I rarely write reviews but feel I have to given my recent experience with Wheaton Kia. I made an offer on a used car. They told me is was to low and they needed $2k more. The car was in good shape and was to have $4200 in repairs done as per their recent SGI out of province inspection. So I offered the $2k more on a Friday and the salesman said that should be acceptable but he would need to run it by his manager. I heard nothing until the following Wednesday - despite emails and calls to the business. I was told my salesman was away but they would pass the message on. It didn’t happen. Anyways I drove in from out of town to get a deal done in person as O was getting no correspondence from the salesman. Well now my offer needed another $250 PLUS $500 for Admin fees and $600 for reetching (cause city police apparently to require this - lol). All add on fees which are nearly all profit. Then I ask for things in writing (like the repairs which weee still to be done). They come back and said they decided not to do $2000 of the repairs as they weren’t needed. Did they take $2K off the price - well no! No discount. Then when they calculated the all in price including taxes - I noticed it was $500 more than what I calculated. After some back and forth and pretending to do in-depth calculations on his calculator - I was told the admin fee was not $500 - but now $900 as it was an out of province. It was at this point - I packed up my things and left. I felt I was being taken advantage of, lots of hidden fees, things they said were to be done - yet when pressed - they weren’t going to do them. Also communications was absolutely deplorable. This has turned my off a Wheaton Kia for new or used. Shop elsewhere.

Our experience with Kia was a complete joke. They were not entirely honest with the car they sold us. The AC was the first to go not even a month in owning the car. Brought it back to Kia they said all it needed was to be charged. The next month we lost AC. Afterwards we brought the car back and it was past purchase warranty. They refused to fix the AC for free and wanted charge us $2500 dollars for a car that was faulty. We bought this car in 2023 to find out that the breaks, tie rods, and now transmission is gone in our car. Not even a 10 year old car and that is what happened. What Kia did was took advantage of us to make a quick buck. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. They are very questionable.

If I could give you guys negative figures I would do it immediately… You guys are such a piece of …….cornering your customer to the deal you guys want! Not tailored to what the CUSTOMER WANT!! and even tried to scare your customer that you’ve spent thousands of dollars already with the unit that you didn’t do a thing aside from cleaning it!!!! Do you really think that you can just ask someone to sign that kind of waver that you can just ruin someone’s credit profile for the next 7 yrs of even a decade or so! Who don’t give a …. To your customer all you want to do is sell your car!!!! BTW, on the same day MITSUBISHI APPROVED our car loan so THANKS TO YOUR CARGAGE SERVICE
