Recently purchased a Kia Niro PHEV and had great service. The salesman Harry was very helpful and showed us multiple models/trims before we made a decision. No hidden fees when it came down to numbers and no pressure for add ons. They even called and asked if I wanted to wait an extra day to sign papers as rates were dropping the next day and I'd get a better deal. Thanks!

I originally bought my 2024 Kia Telluride brand new in February 2024. Within the time owning the vehicle I had connected with Kris from Finance regarding lowering my Interest. I was paying 8.99% (which for those who know is usually for a used vehicle). He said I couldn't and to try in a year. So fast forward to June 2025. I was working with Matthew from sales. He was all for helping me get into a Sportage, something smaller, less interest, less payment biweekly... What I used to own before it was totalled. I told him to have x vehicle ready and that I would come and trade my Telluride in October 1, I would sign paperwork and it would be great. Finance told sales, who told me that I didn't qualify for the Sportage because of bad equity and that they could get me into a bigger more expensive vehicle. Which is NOT what we had discussed. I began talking to other dealerships who informed me that the interest rate u was being charged was incorrect, that turning me away within that first 7 months to decrease the Interest was false, and that needing to get I to a bigger more expensive vehicle was the only way to trade my vehicle in was not accurate. When I spoke with Kia Regina, I requested for the bill of sale to be emailed to me. Rather then completing said task, Kris from Finance called me and stated that he was going to do his best to get me into something more affordable. I requested for the documents and he was inquisitive and when I said I was dealing with a other dealership his attitude changed. He became short answered. When I look back at the entire experience with Regina Kia, I feel take advantage of. I was in a vulnerable position when I totalled my Sportage and they took advantage of me needing a quick vehicle for work. The 2024 Kia Telluride I purchased was a beautiful vehicle, but the AC wasn't working and then St. Albert Kia tried to charge me for the repair. The door trim was falling off, I couldn't even take it though a car wash, the front seat wouldn't go forward or upwards. It was mentioned to Regina Kia. But there was no rush to get it sorted. Just be careful if you're purchasing a vehicle. Know what you are looking for. Ask the questions. Don't sign unless you have read the full agreement.

Chris did an excellent job in helping me find the perfect vehicle that would fit my family and our needs. He was never pushy, answered all of my questions and was very kind. Susan was also great at explaining all of the extra warranty options or other extra purchases and did not push you to make a decision requiring you to spend more money if I didn’t want to.
