"I want to thank you for doing an excellent job repairing my veichle in a reasonable amount of time, and also for your great service in helping with my situation. Since the day I purchased my vehicle from Kia in Listowel I was having the same issue over and over again which felt and sounded like it was coming from the brakes until it was finallly sent to GM where they figured out the issue was not with the brakes and found the problem and completely fixed everything. Tyler the service manager as well as all the other service staff were very friendly, helpful and amazing with everything.

We were driving from London to Huntsville and our tire pressure light went off. We stopped at the dealership even though our car is not a Chevy and the service staff were happy to check and top up our tires. I was worried about driving and they stopped me from continuing to worry. I reset our calibration light and it didn’t come back on. They were very kind and didn’t charge me to check on the tires. If I were in the market, I would not hesitate looking at a car from this dealership due to this interaction with the service staff. Thank you very much! You made me feel relieved for a long car ride.

Sales is priority, good service is yet to be seen. Bought a brand new Cruze, a week later had min 1”x1” paint chips after my first car wash. Brought the car in and even though I had the extra paint warranty (which covers manufacturer defects) they tried to sell me paint tubes to fix it myself even though it was a bad paint. Ended up dropping it because they didn’t want to live up to the warranty they sold me. Next was the brakes, went after around 25,000 km and it was a nightmare to get them to budge to cover even some of it under warranty. First mistake is I bought brand new at Hudson’s, second bought extra warranty paint etc. Now looking for a new truck it’s hard to justify even going to their dealership even though it’s good to support local, if the truck works perfect no trouble, if not I don’t want to go round 2 on that awful experience. 2 stars because overall the car isn’t that bad, just has its defects like anything else but resolving those kinks was brutal and waste of time because to this day not all are fulfilled/resolved.

Wow! This dealership has tons of trucks!!! They’re expanding their office and showroom space… growing! Neat, orderly inventory. Our sales rep Cassie was very knowledgeable and personable. In the early stages of research but am definitely going to buy here when we pull the trigger!
