After my Frontier was involved in a collision and ultimately written off, I found myself in the market for a new vehicle. I set my sights on a GMC Canyon AT4X, and my journey led me to Larry Hudson Chevrolet Buick GMC. From the get-go, the experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to two remarkable individuals: Waj Hussain, the Financial Services Manager, and Andrew Fletcher, my Sales Consultant. Waj Hussain was a breath of fresh air during what could easily have been an overwhelming process. His approach was incredibly professional yet down-to-earth, making the financial discussions comfortable and straightforward. Never once did I feel pressured, which speaks volumes about his integrity and the dealership's customer-first philosophy. Andrew Fletcher was equally impressive. His patience and understanding were apparent as I navigated the lengthy process of securing my insurance payout. There were multiple occasions when I had to reschedule the pickup of my new Canyon, yet Andrew and the team were more than accommodating every single time. Their flexibility really made a difference. I especially appreciated how the team at Larry Hudson recognized the effort it took for me to visit the dealership, given the distance I was traveling. They went out of their way to ensure every visit was efficient and tailored around my work schedule, which significantly eased the stress of the whole process. In the end, I couldn't be happier with my GMC Canyon AT4X and the service I received. A huge thank you to Waj, Andrew, and everyone at Larry Hudson Chevrolet Buick GMC for making this experience so positive. Your patience, accommodation, and genuine care for customers shine through, and I'm grateful for the smooth and friendly process. Here's to many miles of adventure in my new truck!

The service department was able to get me in last-minute for an alignment on a Saturday morning after I replaced most of my front suspension. The process was quick and affordable, and everyone in the service department was very friendly and easy to deal with. I would 100% recommend their shop for your GM vehicle, new or old - I brought them a 24 year old Grand Prix and they had no problems getting it done.

Had an issue with my 2018 Volt with my front driver side wheel. The team at Larry Hudson did a great job getting it looked at even without an appointment on a Friday. They got the car back to me the following day. I had an appointment I needed to attend in Brampton on the Saturday and they went above an beyond to get me into a loaner vehicle and Karen Bedard stayed after their service department was closed to get me my car back.

Once again, the Hudson service team went above and beyond to ensure my 2017 Yukon is in great condition and will be a reliable vehicle for the long trip south! Andrew Rohm was attentive and professional when providing a solution for the issues found. The loaner made available when an unplanned delay occurred was very much appreciated. During the past 25+ years, the Hudson sales team has been amazing - but I must say, it is the service team that will have you coming back! thank-you to the entire Hudson team!
