Had an issue with my 2018 Volt with my front driver side wheel. The team at Larry Hudson did a great job getting it looked at even without an appointment on a Friday. They got the car back to me the following day. I had an appointment I needed to attend in Brampton on the Saturday and they went above an beyond to get me into a loaner vehicle and Karen Bedard stayed after their service department was closed to get me my car back.

Once again, the Hudson service team went above and beyond to ensure my 2017 Yukon is in great condition and will be a reliable vehicle for the long trip south! Andrew Rohm was attentive and professional when providing a solution for the issues found. The loaner made available when an unplanned delay occurred was very much appreciated. During the past 25+ years, the Hudson sales team has been amazing - but I must say, it is the service team that will have you coming back! thank-you to the entire Hudson team!

I recently had my 2018 Silverado in for regular maintenance and all items were completed to a high standard. Service advisor Andrew Rohm made sure I was well informed and taken care of during the entire process. He even did a follow up call the next day to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any outstanding concerns. Fantastic service team at Larry Hudson. Thank you Andrew! Brad MacKay

Really great service except for the fact that they are really pushy when it comes to add ons that aren't part of the maintenance schedule. The service reps are incentinivised ro sell everything they can, even work thar isn't part of a vehicles normal maintenance. Brake services every 15k? They also tried to sell me a air and cabin filter when they were replaced a month earlier. They have a lot of seniors that frequent this dealership and I'm sure they are getting taken advantage of as well.

Hands down the best and friendliest place to buy your new or used vehicle. We drove 2.5 hours just to buy from the same location that sold my Mom her Buick Encore GX (she drove 4.5+ hours to get the one she wanted) all because of our/her experience there. All of our dealers in the GTA don't even come close to comparing to Larry Hudson and the experience from buying there. We love the small town feel as well. My family dealt with Andrew Fletcher both times and wouldn't hesitate to go back for another vehicle from him when the time comes. They offered the best trade in value on our 2019 as well! We love our new Enclave even more than our old one (didn't know that was possible). Thank you LH!
