I was more than impressed by the level of service from Jose! Dealing with an extended warranty issue, purchased originally from another dealer, was very difficult, yet Jose advocated for me and got my car fixed at no additional cost to myself. He kept me updated, went above and beyond and even got me in a courtesy car for my preplanned road trip, when there was a back order on parts. I couldn’t be more pleased with his service. Fast forward 18 months to April 23 and the car once again needs a new transmission. Turns out that it was only covered by the dealer for one year. If you have a big expensive job that uses your extended warranty, ensure the dealer will cover the service and parts for more than one year. I’ve now towed the car to Blue Tech in Chilliwack who will guarantee their work & parts for this next transmission. Side note: this car does not tow anything, so towing is not the cause of the transmission issue.

This so-called "Flag Ship" Mazda store is a complete joke. Worst customer service, you will probably receive if you see any positive reviews, it's probably by paid customers or paid family members of staff. From management to their garbage service department, who are the most unprofessional individuals I have ever met. I don't want to get into too much details but I will no longer take my business to this unprofessional dealership. I wish there was an option to give them a negative 10 star. Complete GARBAGE...

Buying a car from Murray Mazda was a great experience! The sales associate I worked with was Jim Philips, he was kind and answered every question I had. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase.
