Long time customer since 2015, had gotten a quote for 5000+ dollars worth of work that supposedly needed to be done, which they did a really horrible job at explaining to me. Why not take photos of what is supposedly wrong with the vehicle in order for the customer to get a better picture of what's wrong, like other dealerships do. I took it to another shop to get a second opinion and they said there's nothing wrong with the vehicle. Sorry but I won't be going back or recommending friends to come here.

Referred there by my father. I have been a customer of Murray Mazda for the last two years. When you walk up to Service/Parts counter (Jose, Candace & John) greet you in a friendly welcoming way. The staff are down to earth people! They have a straight forward no-nonsense way of explaining what is necessary to repair your vehicle. If they quote a price for a job, they honour it. W. Todd
