This is the third vehicle we’ve purchased from Marshall Motors and again it was a fantastic buying experience. The staff are friendly and professional and a pleasure to deal with. There were a few minor issues with my vehicle and Sarah went out of her way, above and beyond, to make sure everything was perfect. Marshall Motors is always my first stop when I’m looking for a new vehicle and I’ve never yet had to go anywhere else. They have the service, the selection, and great staff. LOVE Marshall Motors!

Last year, purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius C , and I must say it has been an absolute disaster from the start. The dealership's lack of transparency and disregard for customer satisfaction has left me regretting my decision to ever step foot onto their lot. First and foremost, the so-called "reliable" hybrid system in the Prius C that I bought turned out to be a complete lemon. Within a shockingly short period after my purchase, the hybrid battery unexpectedly died, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. To add insult to injury, the cost of replacing the defective hybrid battery was a staggering $3,700. It's outrageous that I had to bear this financial burden for a car that was marketed as dependable and efficient. I expected better from a dealership that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. The lack of integrity and customer care is evident, and you're likely to end up with a lemon of a car and a drained bank account. Save yourself the headache and disappointment – there are plenty of other reputable dealerships out there that value their customers and stand by the quality of their vehicles.

We know that sometimes problems do come up after the sale, which is why we include a 3 month warranty (and offer extended warranty) on all of our vehicles that helps cover the costs if something happens. We are always happy to help our customers, but if you don’t let us know something is wrong, we can’t help solve the problem.
