Last year, purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius C , and I must say it has been an absolute disaster from the start. The dealership's lack of transparency and disregard for customer satisfaction has left me regretting my decision to ever step foot onto their lot. First and foremost, the so-called "reliable" hybrid system in the Prius C that I bought turned out to be a complete lemon. Within a shockingly short period after my purchase, the hybrid battery unexpectedly died, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. To add insult to injury, the cost of replacing the defective hybrid battery was a staggering $3,700. It's outrageous that I had to bear this financial burden for a car that was marketed as dependable and efficient. I expected better from a dealership that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. The lack of integrity and customer care is evident, and you're likely to end up with a lemon of a car and a drained bank account. Save yourself the headache and disappointment – there are plenty of other reputable dealerships out there that value their customers and stand by the quality of their vehicles.

I recently bought a Toyota Tacoma from Marshall Motors for my son. I have the same truck that I recently bought for myself and my son loves it so much that we started looking for a Tacoma for him. As soon as I saw this Tacoma listed at Marshall Motors we jumped on it! I have to say that the friendly staff along with the quality of knowledge and customer service was a 10/10! They provided me with all of the information that I needed before purchasing the truck and most of all were not pushy! I would definitely buy a vehicle from them again and I highly recommend checking out this dealership. For a little added bonus they threw in a $75.00 Co-op gift card! Thank you so much Marshall Motors! My son loves his truck and was also very happy with the experience he had with you guys!
