Thomas was very helpful in assisting me in purchasing my Miata. H was able to explain most of the functions (not all) and when I had a question he couldn't answer himself he made sure that he found the answer and provided it to me. The only negative aspect was that the colour I wanted wasn't immediately available so I had to wait for delivery of my new vehicle. I was not in a huge rush so this wasn't a big deal. Thomas was very helpful when it came to the overall Mazda experience and actually explained it in more detail than I wished, however better to have more information than not enough. I find the Mazda website very helpful as well when it comes to answering any questions. I had left the remote for my garage in my trade-in and went to the dealership to retrieve it. Thomas had said all I needed to do was call and he would have delivered it himself. Now that's great service. Thank you for an overall great experience with my purchase. Mary

Where the service at Murray Mazda was great I find that this survey service to be poor. Forcing me to write 20 words is goes against my freedom of expression...I could sum up my experience in 3 words or less yet that's not good enough forReviewsii...having said that...Reviewsii make me not want to go back to Murray Mazda....is that enough words for you Reviewsii? Quit forcing people into your view of reviews.

Thomas was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with me that made me choose my Mazda 3. He explained why it is so safe and was patient while I decided.

always greeted with a smile by both Tyler and Josh....they give realistic time frame for my vehicle to be inspected and contact me with repair options.....followed up with a phone call when vehicle is ready as promised ......my vehicle is returned with a wash and vacuum ...cleaner than when I drop it off ....Great Job !

I was told the actuator was broken and they needed my door opened to get to it, so they would have to cut my door off in order to fix it. They said there are no doors in North America and it would take 2 months to get a door from Japan and would cost $1000. I phoned Fountain Tire and told them what Mazda said and Fountain Tire said that sounds ridiculous and to bring my car there. Fountain Tire got the door opened without cutting it off, the actuator wasn't broken and the door was in perfect condition 24 hours later. Cost was $600. Also when I bought my car 9 months ago, I brought it into Mazda for an oil change. They said I should rotate my tires. Put the better tires on the front and balder ones on the back and cost around $25 which was fine. I went back for another oil change and they wanted to rotate my tires and would cost $25 again. I told Fountain Tire this and Fountain Tire said they have the wheels off to check the brakes during oil change anyway and shouldn't be charging you for that. Overall won't be going back to Mazda.

I dealt with Jeremy and was very pleased with his service. I bought a CX5 and couldn't be happier. After the test drive I met with the sales manager right away and he worked with us to come up with a fair deal we are very happy with. I feel I can trust this dealership.
