Service staff was excellent. They identified my brake concern and gave me repair options within a couple hours of dropping off my vehicle.

Josh and Tyler at the service counter both greeted me promptly upon arrival. First time into dealership but felt quite comfortable. They managed to get my vehicle in earlier than my appointment time and identified my brake concern. I was given two different repair options which I thought was great due to the staff not knowing my repair budget allowance. My vehicle was repaired on time and I was contacted to review invoice over the phone. ( nice not to be surprised at time of pick-up ) . They even ensured my vehicle was washed and vacuumed. Overall a good experience and I will return for all my service needs.

It was time for annual tire change as well as an oil change. Not much one can write about that so this is a good time to mention that I have twice needed advice about my car and have always been treated with courtesy and concern.

Not the service I usually receive

I had booked an appointment and asked for a loner car because of my work. When I arrived in the morning the service rep forgot to put me down for a loner car so another service rep had to drive me to work. They managed to bring me a car for the afternoon! I usually get my doors lubricated when I go in for my oil change..this time they didn't do it? As well my car usually gets a really good vacuum!!! This time it was the worst ever..very poor! I have been very loyal to this dealership, but they have changed ownership and so far I'm not impressed:(

Recently we had the backup camera replaced on a scheduled day and time. It was completed on time and the car was vaccumed and washed. Excellent service!
