Recently needed a tire replaced on my car as I was enroute to Calgary. Josh, Tim, and James the mechanic went out of their way to make sure I was back on the road promptly and for less money than I anticipated. Well done and thank you very very much!

Over the years, I have greatly appreciated the high quality services provided at Mazda and I have especially appreciated the genuine respect I have received from both Jeremy & Tyler. As a woman who knows relatively little about cars, I have in the past, been belittled, patronized or taken advantage of by other car service departments for my lack of knowledge. It could not be more different at Mazda. The guys make every effort to ensure that I completely understand all the work that is being done to my vehicle, the cost and all future upkeep/ repairs that will be required- all the while treating me with the utmost respect. Tyler even went as far as to have my car picked up from my house, while I was away on a trip, after I had called with some concerns regarding how the car was driving. He had it taken for a test drive and promptly emailed me with a complete run-down of any recommended services or repairs- along with exact pricing. This greatly helped ease my mind while I was away and could not attend to the issue in person. I can't thank the guys enough for their hard work and I absolutely love my Mazda 3!

Battery replacement, new tire to replace a blow out, oil change. Josh and communicated the pre-service and during service via email in a prompt and accurate manner. At the car pick up, Josh gave me the run down of the service. He was professional and clear. The only negative were the car items such as the battery cover, stock subwoofer, etc were put back into place. Also the pricing was a bit high. In summary the overall experience was good with great service.

We felt confident in our sales rep. He listened to our wants and needs and offered suggestions to meet them. After reading reviews, we went in with an idea about the car we thought we wanted but in the end bought the Mazda 3 and couldn't be happier. Although neither of us has figured out the Bluetooth yet! Bob did show us---guess we were a little overwhelmed by the new technology and need a refresher!
