1) initial contact with dealer April 16, lead to test drive, talk of trade in, which resulted in sales manager taking my car documents to copy. Document package returned to me and following day found the insurance documents missing. Contacted sales manger at dealer who said he had returned the documents to the sales person the day previous after he had found them on desk. Nobody at the dealer called to inform me that I was driving around without my insurance papers. Dove out the 77 kms to get my papers the following day and was promised a car quote. 'I could of been fined if pulled over without proof of documents.' April 18 2) 8 days went buy and I e-mailed sales person re quote? Did you want my business! April 25 3) Drove out to dealer for the GT test drive. Went through the car selection. None available locally so search done. Put down down payment. Wanted the soundproofing, undercoating, leather conditioning, and paint protection. April 29. Bank draft to be brought out to dealer when car ready. 4) Got the bank draft on April 30 for the remainder of car value. Salesperson contacted me later that day to say that my sale would be #10 and she would win a TV if paperwork was concluded that day. To help make it work for her, i agreed to meet at the freeway Harley Davidson in Langley (1/2 way point from Chilliwack) so she could get her tv. She was thrilled to make it work and promised the first oil change was on her. 5) Due to issues with getting the side moulding, picked up the car on May 11. About 12 days to find and prep car. Drove home happy. 6) Started trying to digest the manuals and documents and on May 19 found that there was nothing to support the paint protection warranty, etc.. Contacted dealer, who said the info was in the 'blue envelope' in the glove box! I asked 'was there any documents for warranty or maintenance schedule or service checks or anything else associated with the car that is needed for my future with the car and dealer' 7) After a lot of e-mails and calls the service manger found the info. May 23. Wisdom teeth issue with absences. 8) Drove from home to Chilliwack to pick up documents. May 29 *** The car I have enjoyed, the dealer experience not so much. Ken Pederson

Car not available when promised. Salesman that went over the car with us new on the job and poorly informed. Did not like chrome reflection in rear view mirror. Jeremy was going to get back to us. Did not. Service department did not return call about oil change

We had an oil change done on our 2015 mazda 5. We asked what all came with an oil change and the service adviser told us that it included all fluids were checked and topped up as well as a wash and vaccumm. We were very dissappointed to find out that the rear compartment was not even looked at let alone vaccummed. We all that know dealer prices are more than smaller service stations and that is fine, but if we are going to pay more we do expect the complete service to be done. I will check around for the next oil change!

The experience was good until I had to sign the financing and after Bob and I made a deal for payments, she told me that I could not have those payments and that they will be higher. I almost walked out until she finally agreed. I found it very unprofessional.

I had a recall on my Mazda 3 Sport. I was able you get my car in within a week and it only took half an hour to complete

Great straight forward purchasing experience. Excellent transparent negotiations and financing arrangements. Very good dealership experience. Service dept has been good as well.

My experience for my service job was and alway is excellent. But I am sorry to say I was very disappointed with the results of the detailing job. There was still dirt in the creases of the door handle. The folds of the door rubber still had dirt in them. The rain gutter in the trunk wasn't done at all. I had to clean my car after I got it back from the detailer. Gotta say that ticked me off. I won't use the detailing service again but I am very happy with the mechanical service I received.

It was a rip off as Mazda being my dealer charged be for diagnosis and KalTire did it for free. They charged me initially 35 dollars for 0.3 hours of diagnosis and full diagnosis was not done. Then KalTire found the problem with free full diagnosis. I told about the problem to Mazda then and told about the free diagnosis and then they did the free diagnosis the next time. But still I paid 35 dollars for nothing the first time which are not refunded to me. Further Rotors were supposed to work and service manager told me that it would be under Mazda's warranty if you would have had the service at 25000 km but I came a month ago and the technician said breaks are fine. So I suppose that would have been said at the time of 25000 also. Plus the service manager also said I drove car very fast and applied breaks so I think car is for driving at driving the car at 100 or 120 shouldn't be causing issues.
