Each time when I come in for an oil change and service, both have been very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about my Mazda 3. When I had a flat tire, they were very helpful about the warranty for the tires and it did not cost me anything. Much appreciated.

I scheduled an oil change for 10:30 am. I dropped off my vehicle at 8 am. I received a complimentary shuttle service, which was great. When I went to pick up my vehicle after 4 pm, I was informed that they were still working on it. How does an oil change that started at 10:30 last until after 4?!?! Anyways, when I dropped off my vehicle, my odometer read 80 km. When I picked it up it read 120 km. I made a note of checking it because last time I received an oil change, I thought my fuel gauge looked lower... so I wanted to see what happened this time. I thought this was fishy, so I phoned and talked to a guy at the desk. He seemed perplexed. Was someone using my car to do errands? Is that why it wasn't finished at 10:30? Either way, this location as completely lost my trust and I will not be returning.

I love that my time and vehicle are respected. She always looks so pretty when I pick her up from the spa, I mean the shop. I had to have an adjustment done for a recall. While they were doing that they did a wash as well.

Punctual and great service. Good eye to detail and provided me with what repairs need to be done in the future. I love that they wash my vehicle and provide transportation to the mall and back.
