I had an issue with aftermarket leather; it took about 18 months to get the defect repaired. My GPS system no longer access home wi fi for road updates, I brought this in to be remedied and the fix did not work. I find when I come in for a scheduled appointment my car sits in the parking lot not being serviced for an inordinate amount of time, this begs the question why am I coming in 30 – 45 prior to my car being serviced.

I (Colin) booked our Mazda3 for a basic service for 9:30 so my wife (Colleen) could drop it off, take our daughter to music class next door, and collect the car after the class. For whatever reason, the work on the car was not even started by the time she returned around 11. Someone from service drove her home in our car and took the car back to do the work, promising to return around 1. It was after 3 by the time the car was returned, with a bunch of unnecessary phone calls in between. The wash job was terrible after all that, with missed spots all over the car. If this was my first experience at this dealership, I would not return.

Never had such a good experience with a service department. They have never pushed unnecessary services and have had me delay manufacturer recommended services when they weren't needed yet. The service deparment is the main reason I will likely return to buy my next car from this dealership.

Tyler was an excellent salesman with great knowledge of the car he was selling. He always contacted me promptly if I did have any questions. I enjoyed spending time with Tammi as well even though she was collecting my money.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership after being told that it was "the deal of a lifetime" and "has been through the shop and is in great shape" and "priced at 68% of market value". It came with their car proof report, inspection check list, and an assurance that there was nothing whatsoever wrong with the vehicle. This is why I had purchased from a dealership instead of out of want ads. Within days I was back after the electronic throttle control light came, the engine started making an awful noise, and the vehicle had gone into limp mode. Plus there was no heat in the vehicle at all. The mechanic checked it over and said the cover was off of something but that he had fixed it. He did not. Another dealership found that there was a plugged heater core which needed to be replaced immediately at great expense. Murray Mazda did cover the cost of these repairs thankfully. Shortly thereafter I moved and needed an out of province inspection done. The vehicle failed and needed outer tie rod ends and shaft and transfer unit seals replaced immediately and a 4 wheel alignment JUST TO PASS A SAFETY INSPECTION. Another $1,000 dollars. The vehicle also needs new brakes and steering rack replaced which will cost another $2,000 or so. Murray Mazda was contacted to discuss but no one responded or followed up at all. After initially being assured of the mechanical soundness of this vehicle I drove with my two young children to Alberta and back... twice. As it turns out our safety was in danger the entire time. I no longer feel my family is safe in this vehicle and after spending thousands on the vehicle itself (which as it turns out was overpriced even if it was in excellent condition) and repairs to make it pass a safety inspection I am forced to sell it at a significant loss. I feel completely taken advantage of due to my lack of mechanical understanding and trusting in the professional services of this dealership.
