Kelly was great at explaining the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also took the time to show me all the little things on my new purchase. I would definately see him again if I were to purchase a vehicle in the future. Thanks Kelly!

I was in the market for a vehicle since last 6 months. I have been to Kelly for more than once because he is very welcoming and easygoing. One thing I must tell about Kelly is that he will offer you exactly what you need. He understands your expectations and offers you a bunch of options. No pressure. Very Easy to Work With

Kelly was very friendly, and approachable. He takes his job seriously, without being demanding. He likes to have fun, and make it easy to say "no" if you don't like a particular vehicle or price. He is very professional and does his research.

The final sales/finance person was way to pushy. Was not offered best finance rate at first after I came back with my own. He could not explain how interest was calculated for that particular loan. He kept insisting that my financing was going to have all these charges I would pay and they did not. I left with impression that everything bad was going to happen to my vehicle after warranty expired which lead me to think that he has no confidence in the product SMP sells. Even after his final pitch and before payment he tried to convince me that my new vehicle had a good chance of being stolen. After payment was made, vehicle was delivered which I appreciated. However the exterior was not very clean while test driving. There is a fair amount of minor chips, scuffs for a vehicle with that amount of kms and age. Was shocked that that was not taken care of even before it was put for sale on the lot.

Great experience from an honest and caring staff!

I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon from SMP. The staff, especially Dan Barret were extremely helpful, honest, and really made the experience enjoyable. The experience left me feeling like a made new friends and I will definitely be back to SMP for my future vehicle!

The service was excellent i really like it when u guys even let me trade the other car and understood what was going on. It was very nice that u can tell us what is really good about the cars and the honest answer to hear from someone... and i really appreciated for helping and getting me the awesome car so soon i am very happy with my choice and i love it way to much.
