Rob Rouleau was excellent in his customer service to me he showed great professional experiance and made my buying experiance with Pallidino Honda a great one . Giving me fair value for my trade in and getting the used Sante Fe in top nouch shape both in apperance and in servicing for safety inspection . I was also intruduced so the service dept staff Brenda who was helpful in explaining what was done to my purchaced vehicle and follow up service appointment for oil and servicing.Thanks Rob

I brought my vehicle in for service and as always customer service is excellent. I am greeted with a smile, the service to be done is always explained in detail, and the cost is outlined as well. I am provided with a shuttle home and picked up when the service is done. Dan called me to ask me about doing some additional maintenance that was required, before the work was done to get my authorization and was very detailed in his explanation. The cost was once again provided. I even received a phone call with an apology that my shuttle would be a bit late. Service is always fast, efficient and friendly, they make you feel like you are a valued customer. Shuttle drivers are always very courteous as well, conversation is always friendly. Thank you Honda for going above and beyond.
