everyone was very accomadating and we love the car

I am very happy with the service and advice that was given us. the whole environment was cozy and bright. the staff were all happy and accommodating and informative. the coffee was great, there was no perfume clouding the air which i was very grateful for. I learned a few new things about cars. the whole process was not time consuming.

Salesmen were knowledgeable, providing me with quality options for used vehicles, and accommodating to my needs as a client. Will deal with Honda again and hopefully the same sales person.

Jay caught me by surprise one evening while I was browsing in the car lot. Although it was past business hours and he was on his way home. He took the time to ask me if I needed help! He took my information down and returned answers to my questions the following day. Great customer service. :). Thank you Jay.

Rob was fantastic!

My wife and I were not sure as to whether we wanted and accord or civic. Rob went throught the benefits of each vehicle and made us very comfortable with our decision. I have dealt with a few salesmen that were "Pitchy" and Rob was not at all. He focussed on our goals and needs and helped us arrive at the right decision without feeling pressured. I would recommend Rob to all my family and friends as we felt helped and not sold!

The entire staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked into the showroom. I had the pleasure of specifically dealing with Rob Rouleau, and I can't thank him enough for making feel like I was the only reason he came into work that day. I got the car I was eying for months, at a price I couldn't be happier with. They offered fair value on my trade-in, and my finacing rates are very manageable. In all, I can't say that there was one negative aspect to my Pallidino experience. Hopefully this car will last me a long time, and one day when I'm back in the market, I couldn't think of a better place to return to. Thank you Rob, and the rest of the staff.
