I had issues with my air conditionng nor working. The vehicle was dropped off in the morning, with plans to pick it up that evening, after work. it was a Thursday so the service dept was open late, unitl 8pm. My vehicle, 2011 Odyssey, was ready for pickup and the a/c issue was resolved under the extended warranty package that I purchased when I bought the vehicle. The service advisor, Marilyn Bodson, was her usual cheerful, pleasant and very professional self. She explained the work performed and the 'no charge' for the work because of the extended warranty. And off I was.
