It was very rewarding and pleasant.

The only part of the experience that was frustrating was being promised several times that my vehicle would be in when it wasn't. I would have appreciated the truth even if it was not what I particularly wanted to hear at the time. I was very appreciative of the bonus paint pen and the stuffed animal given.

The staff at Palladium Honda have always been kind and pleasant. While my car was in for service, they kept me updated on the progress and allowed for my input on the non essential services that could have been provided (changing the wiper blades).

This is my 5th Honda Civic since 2003. All staff there is pleasant and very professional. The car itself is a great vehicle which explains why I stay with Palladino Honda.

I was very impressed by the knowledge of the people I met at Palladino Honda. It was quite refreshing to see all the young people who work there. Very respectful of each other. I never at one moment felt pressured into buying. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car to go to Palladino . Great service and very knowledgeable about their products.
