This was the best car buying experience I've had in my life. The staff were friendly and didn't push me into anything I didn't want. If you're buying a Kia, ask for Chris as he was knowledgable, friendly, and didn't put any pressure on me to buy. Susan was a great financing manager and made a personal connection during the transaction. Thank you both for your help in buying my new vehicle.

I had a very low back tire and all the gas station air hoses were frozen. I saw the dealship was open and asked if they could assist me by providing air for my tire, they filled my tire and wished me a Happy New Year .. thank you

Chris Gervais (sales) took the time to answer all our questions, explain and demonstrate the features. He was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable, and made the whole process very easy. He was upfront and honest throughout the process. Susan Rosa (Finance) was friendly organized, efficient, and answered all our questions.

Nice, clean dealership with friendly employees. I always have great service when I take my car in. The sales guy sold my wife a car, and remembered us, and recommended a great car for my needs. Five years later, the service dept still greets me by name and knows details of my car and warranty info.

From the moment I first set foot in the door on a basic fact finding mission. To the subsequent experience of driving my new Sorento off the lot, the phrase “this is the way it should be“ kept coming to mind. In my dealings with Chris and the staff at Wheaton Kia, I never felt pressured or like I was being led somewhere I didn’t want to go. Instead I felt quite informed and comfortable making the necessary decisions. Chris Gervais was very friendly and answered all my questions with ease, I would happily recommend dealing with him and Wheaton Kia.
