John, the salesperson I talked to who was suggested to me by a friend, took my call on his day off. He answered my questions and gave me some tips, he also volunteered the information on incentives that were being offered. One of the reasons I went with Wheaton KIA is because of the focus on the customer’s experience in purchasing a vehicle from them. It wasn’t just about the initial purchase, but the customer service for the time I drive a KIA. Let’s just say, customer service is their forte :)

Unfortunately, I went to Kia in February to look at the Telluride they had on the lot. After 20 minutes on the lot in the cold, there was no one to come out and provide customer service. Now I could've went into the building and spoke to someone, but when looking for a $55000 vehicle, I expect a little bit of want for my business. Months later I went again to find they had no Tellurides due to the covid shortages. I gave a saleswoman my contact info to let me know when one comes in to test drive. She set up an appointment with me for today. Unfortunately, I was two minutes before getting there that she text me, the person before me was late for their appointment and the Telluride was out and not able for test-driving. I was almost there and ten minutes early, so she offered me a time fifteen minutes past my original scheduled appointment. Annoyed but decided to wait. She came out to the car to tell me that she called that salesperson and they weren't going to be back by 1015. It was currently 950. I decided to leave. If you are that late for your scheduled appointment - that's the customer they should've had to rebook. The terrible customer service will make me be sure not to return.

We had an awesome experience with Kia. The staff and our salesman Gregg McSherry went over and above our expectations. We would definately buy another car from them. We would refer all of our friends to this dealership.
