Very good experience. My car needed routine maintenance and an oil change. My car was in and out in one hour and a half. The waiting area had wifi access so I could do some work. The technician said they would give my car a complementary wash but that wasn't done.

Brantford Honda Service Centre is the only place I go for car care. The staff are amazing. Super friendly and efficient. They are thorough in communicating the details of my car care and helping me plan for future maintenance.

Just like every other slimey dealership out there. I give one star to the coffee machine in their waiting room because youll be waiting a long time. Minus 4 stars for selling me a used truck that breaks after 4 months. Thanks Brantford Honda
