The worst dealership in brantford. Nothing but unproffesionalism combined with little experience equals a dissapointing venture. Stay away from here.

She was too busy trying to hit on me and get me into bed. Her nose had a ring of white powder on it from what I'm assuming was cocaine and she was very interested in my personal phone number. All I can say is what a disgrace

My family bought a 2013 Honda Pilot recently in Brantford. The sales agent ( Catherine Villeneuve ) was excellent. Not pushy at all and very friendly. We even had a small problem with the front right spring and they fixed the problem no questions asked. We could not be happier with our purchase and will be recommending our friends and family to check out Brantford Honda when shopping for their next vehicle.

I couldn't be happier with my Honda Ridgeline buying experience at Brantford Honda this week. My salesperson, Aaron, was great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They have a great team at Brantford Honda. Everyone from Chris the sales manager to Rob the finance manager, everyone was very friendly. I especially appreciated that throughout the process Chris took the time to check up on us; helping to answer questions and making sure I was getting fair value for my trade-in. I would 100% recommend Brantford Honda.

James - was amazing 5/5 stars. Sadly, when I picked up my car it had a dent and a mark on the back. (Disappointed) Was told it would get fixed for free of charge.. When I picked it up.. said I’d hear Monday.. Now almost two weeks and still haven’t gotten a phone call about getting it fixed/ even looked at. Contacted them, said I’d hear hopefully soon - still nothing… contacted again - never replied. Otherwise the car is amazing and I’m super happy. Went to a body shop and they told me $560 plus tax… - really annoyed that I’ll probably have to pay to get it fixed when I didn’t cause the dent etc.. Will update if I ever get a call.
