Amazing Experience

I cannot express how much of a pleasant process it was to buy my first ever car with Race Auto. Heather C. was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to deal with. She answered every question as quickly as she could. She bent over backwards to help me out and get me the absolute best deal that she could. My car is beautiful and I am sure if I have more questions, I can contact Race and get them answered. 100% recommend Race Auto Group for anyone looking for a car. Luke and Erin went above and beyond for my car purchase. There was no judgement, and It was the first time personally financing a vehicle and they explained everything to me patiently. While waiting for my car to be ready for pick up, they kept me updated every step of the way. It's been a few months since purchasing, and I still love my car so much! Make sure you go in and ask for one of these wonderful staff members.

I went to Race auto after my car was stolen and then written off. I was nervous about another payment but they sold me on the customer service. It was actually painless dealing with these guys. No lies or broken promises. I would also like to say the employees who do the inspections before you leave with your car where superb on how they handled themselves. The whole company treats you with respect and they really work hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Thank you Heather and your super team at Race Auto.....You will see me again.

Well....my faith has been restored in so so many ways. What a feeling after all I've been through.... When you have had a previous horrible experience with buying a used car, you are jaded somewhat.....unsure, hesitant...no faith....... well i can assure you, that i could cry right now, tears of joy that is...., i'm just that happy!..my faith is now back.....the process of obtaining a new car was seamless...even pleasurable...promises made...never broken. Reliable, trustworthy quality people and process.... bar none, best move i made going to Race Auto. thank you so much !! Erin and company you were fantastic.

I’ve had the worst customer service from this place. First time i called they told me I’m pre approved and should come and pick a car, after they asked me to provide banking info they totally ignored me, not returning my calls , no email responses. The guy named Luke who seemed to be very nice on the first call turned to be the one who totally ignored me then spoke to another guy Jeff who is the rudest and most annoying customer service voice I heard in my life. They are bunch of crooks I would not even buy tomatoes from them!

It was just one thing after another with Race Auto Group. I saw a Nissan Rogue online that I was interested in viewing and set up an appointment with them to come in and see the vehicle. I was interested in viewing other vehicles but I was specifically coming in to see this one. When I arrived I was informed that the vehicle I wanted to see wasn't actually at the dealership yet. I was annoyed but viewed some other vehicles, making it clear that I was only interested in AWD vehicles. I came back another day to view the Rogue and guess what? Not an AWD as listed on the site. The only reason I came back the second time was because the price was good. That was obviously a mistake. It was a complete waste of my time. While they did apologize for what happened there was just a disappointing level of service, no walk around of the car, no description of features. I would not reccomend buying here.
