The staff at Palladino Honda are very friendly and are doing their best to help their client's needs. If I were to purchase a car again, I would still choose Honda cars. Canada's most trusted brand.

Friendly welcoming helpful

We were shopping for a knew vehicle, was approached after a few minutes from your friendly welcoming sales rep who we learned was "Nick" He was very informative and helpful took us out for the test drive. We were both pleased with the feel of the car although not totally convinced Nick offered to let us take one home overnight and get a better feel which worked in his and our favor as we returned convinced the Civic would be the right fit for us @ this time. Although not truly convinced yet that all the extended coverage Cole explained and gently persuaded us to purchase will be worth the $$$ spent only TIME and SERVICE will be able to answer that. Based on our experience thus far I would refer others in your direction.

I went in for the costly timing belt. They were helpful in letting me know of discounts and other options to do at the same time to save on billed service time. I was offered a rental vehicle for the day at no cost to me. If I am uncertain I need the work, have had it recently elsewhere, or have any questions, they are always willing to help me by explaining or contacting another provider so we can get consensus. Kudos to Honda Service Centre.

Dropped off my 2003 Pilot for a recall notice, it was an evening appointment. My vehicle was completed quickly and was clean when I picked it up. The only other comment I have is it would be nice to offer evening appointments on a few other days other than just Thursdays. Thank you.
