This is the third car we Bought from Palladino Honda for the last three years and we have been very satisfied with all of the services and treat we have received. Very helpful to understand all information about the cars. Very hospitable and professional during the process. Definitely will go back there if we need another car.

We had an excellent experience working with Jayson Ball. He helped us choose the best vehicle for our needs. He maintained a great level of contact with us to notify us when vehicles that matched what we were looking for came into the dealership. He is a fantastic salesman who cares about his customers. We were impressed by his integrity, his willingness to let us make the decisions we needed to but to offer his expert advice at the right times. We were well treated and respected and will be back for our next car purchase. Palladino Honda, you've got a great asset in Jay Ball.

Parts promised but not delivered.

On February 12th 2015 I had to replaces my car and decided to buy an oddasey from Palladino Honda because they had a 2003 with low kilometres at a good price so I called a few days before I was going to drive out there to see if they could get it safety and all ready to drive home when I came out to get it. The sales man Cody Arnette said it would all br ready and waiting to go when I showed up so my husband and I booked the day off work and drove 7 hours 1 way and back to get it. When we got their it was ready with the safety finished but not the emissions and the back wiper blade was totally missing. Cody was off for the day and had emailed me that the wiper was ordered and he would mail it to me when he received it. Today is now March 25th and I hav have still to receive it in the mail like I was promised. So far I have called and left messeges 4 times and emailed twice with no responce! It's not like I can just drive by and get the wiper (which btw with it not on should not have passed any safety but still did) because I live in Brockville and Palladino is in Sudbury or I would have just to get the part promised to me!
