Buying my first car was made easy

I needed a reliable vehicle, and this was the first time purchasing a car from a dealership. The staff were very friendly, and were ready to answer any questions I had. They helped make this an enjoyable experience.

Factory battery is a lemon

I know four people who have had to replace their 2012 Honda civic battery in the last two months. Some of these four work colleagues know others that have also had to replace their 2012 Honda civic battery. You need to look at this issue and have someone at Honda take ownership of your poor quality manufactured installed batteries in the 2012 Honda civic.

My salesperson, Ellis Boucher, is the reason that these inconveniences can be overlooked so easily. At times, I felt lied to, mislead, made to think this would be a wonderful experience and as I got more disappointed, Ellis came through with excellent customer service. He promptly replied to all my calls and texts, and used humour to deal with the various setbacks. I could tell he felt bad about the battery and the lightbulb and genuinely hoped this wouldn't affect my overall experience. Unfortunately, I now feel that I can't rely on Palladino to be thorough and personal with each and every customer. Ellis became a buffer and I appreciate that. Thank you Ellis!

Not every woman is a fan of dealing with the purchase of a new car. I would like to recommend Ellis to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. He was polite, approachable, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I did not feel pressured to make a impulsive buy. He provided an excellent overview of the vehicle options and controls. The other staff that I dealt with at the dealership were similarly efficient and knowledgeable.

Bought used car- 1st time buying Honda-salesman was great, explained all the benefits of buying Honda, explained I do a lot of highway driving so test drive incorporated a large highway portion, no pressure to buy tatics Spoke with service scheduler-she explained the services offered and booked my first oil change

The truck runs well after service, timing belt replacement, rear suspension repair etc. The maintenance minder was not reset to 100%. (the second time this happened) The inspection checklist accompanying the invoice/receipt was all marked as "not inspected". I had a properly completed one emailed to me the next day.

Great expeirance buying new "used " vehicle. Great value for trade in , as well as fair price on new purchase. Truck was outfitted with exactly what I wanted. Any problems were delt with immediatley and professionally.

Above and Beyond

The entire staff at Palladino Honda went above and beyond to assist and reach the goals I was looking to obtain with the vehicle I purchased. Stefanie was always there for me when I needed anything, and she is very personable and caring. There was zero stress with her or the team, it was as if I was just an old friend visiting...One hundred percent I would deal with them again. Extremely happy with my vehicle!!
