it was quick, courteous, friendly & the service provider was knowledgeable and helpful

I needed the required A service +a passenger door in my van would not close in freezing temperatures. I called & advised my door would remain open when the temperature was below -15 C. I obtained an appointment the next day. I was shuttled to and from work on a timely manner. The door now works & closes at all temperatures. Unfortunately since that day the window switch has not worked.

I cannot explain how grateful I am to had have Patrick as a salesman, he was professional and respectful!!! I purchased a Honda in 2000 and loved it!! I purchased a brand new 2015 honda civic a few days ago,the best thing I did!!! Also thanks to Denis for the financial advice! !! Friendly staff and I would recommend it to all!!! Thanks for the great experience! !

My time is precious and since you do not have a good shuttle service for the afternoon or at least this is what I was told in the past I now have to wait for my car to be service and it was rendered in a timely manner.

I needed a new wiper motor but they said I only needed a new set of wipers and that was great as they work perfectly now. No over charging here at Paladino Honda. Thanks for the great service :-)

I thought my windshield wiper motor on the drivers side wasn't functioning and they said it was only a wiper problem. SO I went with your basic wipers and wow they work better then ever before. You saved me money and I am on a budget so that was noted to me as great service with a smile.
