Service at Palladino has always been top notch. Plus service prices are very reasonable.

The entire process took little over 45min, and I appreciated that they were able to offer later time slots as I dislike taking time of work for something as routine as an oil change. I would refer a friend. However, I do not appreciate surveys that end in "share" on social media. My social media is covered with enough junk/advertisements, and I will never willingly contribute to such a mess.

Jason and Denis worked great together and made me feel as if they had my needs as a priority at no point did I feel I was getting the cliché (cars salesman routine). The packages and deals they coupled worked perfect for me. I had also met a used car manager who was trying to assist and was very helpful but ridgelines are just hard to find. I had purchased a Honda Ridgeline 6 months prior and it was written off in an accident. I was T-Boned on the driver’s door when another driver in a chev Avalanche ran a red light. My vehicle was totaled and 3 airbags deployed I however am walking and felt very safe inside the Ridgeline and knew seconds after the accident that I wanted another one. This is an extremely safe truck and I wanted it back but didn't know how I was going to get another one. I went in and spoke with Cody who immediately started helping me get everything in line to purchase another vehicle. Denis worked with me to help me regain retroactive funds from a warranty I had previously purchased and Jason with the assistance of the used car manager started the search.
