1 star at best. Worst service, lost my tire for 4 days lies about when and why things are not completed. We bought in winter and got summer tires which until unwrapped to be put in for spring did not know were mismatched and they said too much time had passed to do anything. Nobody cares to listen and di something, worst customer service ever!!! Ling wait times to get appointments then not completed at appointment or even looked at that day.

Takes forever Never gives you your proper appointment time Never fixes the correct thing Will try to price gouge Staff has poor workmanship. Had to talk to a service representative while she ate her lunch, chewed with her mouth open I'll be buying a Ford next

the warranty is very poor, a used car lot have better warranties. a 30 day 50-50 to me is a poor warranty.had I have known beforehand about the warranty you offer ,I would have gone to a used car lot

As far as the purchase experience was concerned it went well, but the vehicle had problems from the get go. The problem was resolved, but it was inconvenient.
