It shouldn’t take that long. Had to cancel our holidays because of hot weather due and no air conditioning

I called to book my Jeep in for service and I was on hold for over 5 minutes before someone actually picked up. No one seems overly concerned that my vehicle has been in for the front end 2 in a span of 1 year. Vehicle only has 30,000 km’s on it.

Vehicle not ready with both items job not done was estimated to be an hour & 1/2 labour. Would have been a safety issue to continue to drive it. Given a loaner vehicle only after someone said another dealership would as would be an extra day in shop. Took me extra time to drive around. Given a discount but could have gotten work done elsewhere for cheaper if it was not going to be done on day promised. Hard to get warranty work done on a warranty sold to me by dealership and others have said they have had issues with the garage service and warranty service too since the takeover of the dealership by Paladino group.

1 star at best. Worst service, lost my tire for 4 days lies about when and why things are not completed. We bought in winter and got summer tires which until unwrapped to be put in for spring did not know were mismatched and they said too much time had passed to do anything. Nobody cares to listen and di something, worst customer service ever!!! Ling wait times to get appointments then not completed at appointment or even looked at that day.
