I was there today to do a warranty inspection. Darreck told me that I didn't really need to do it now to wait since I was having no problems. I appreciated him being honest with me and saving me some money right now. It is nice to have someone not lie to u so they can get ur money. Thumbs up to this young man. He is a 10.

Wanna say I'm very disappointed in the staff they fail to tell you car has been in a 18 thousand doller accident.... so I decided to go to another car they had turns out that it also had a accident. This company takes w e junk people bring in and sell it off to the middle class and keep giving the higher up class deals. If there adds dont say accident free there's s good chance it's been in one. Beware of this place from my understanding the owner owns many of the company's in town.

As title states I booked an appointment for 2:30pm to have an oil change, as well as fuel filter change on my 2016 EcoDiesel. Upon arriving at approx 2:15 I asked Derek if the service would be starting right away, because if so, I would wait as it should take no more then an hour. After checking, I was told my truck would be brought in right away.....GREAT, I thought. After waiting approx an hour and a half, I checked with Derek for an update and after checking in the shop he informed me that the technician was having a hard time getting the fuel filter to "seat' properly and that it kept leaking and because of the fuel that had already been lost, he would trim $30 from my bill to compensate. This was appreciated! After crossing the 2 hour + mark, I went again and asked for an update and Derek again went to shop to inquire about the status of my truck. Upon coming back a few minutes later, I was told it was finally done and that it had been a new apprentice doing the work and he had experienced trouble. When this apprentice came in to drop off the keys he was asked if the problem was fixed and his answer of "I think it should be ok now" was beyond unacceptable. I was traveling on the weekend and felt the need to check under my truck every time I stopped to insure it wasn't losing fuel. This is the second poor experience I have had at your dealership, and to be perfectly honest, if I did not still have a few oil changes covered under my extended warranty package, I do not think I would be going back. Please note, my frustration is not with Derek, he was as helpful as possible, however I find it hard to believe that tying up a hoist for over 2 1/2 hours for a simple job like this is reasonable and something should have been done sooner to help this apprentice who was struggling with this simple job.
