I found rick very easy to talk to and he made me feel comfortable. I felt like he actually cared about what i wanted and would get exactly what i needed,he even went the extra to make sure that if i have any questions in the future i can call him. I think almost anyone can sell a car but customer service is what makes you come back and refer people in the future. I know if there is anyone looking for a vehicle he is the first person i would recommend. I was pleasantly surprised when he removed my dirty plate to put it on the vehicle i just purchased and washed it up for me first! Overall i had a great experience!! Thanks.

Rick Puc made buying a new to us vehicle a very easy and smooth experience. He went above and beyond by not only sitting in the back with our toddler but also making her happy by going to the other building and getting her ballon. Amazing easy going salesman and would recommend anyone to go visit Rick Puc at SMP!

Rick welcomed us into his office and asked many questions as to what we were looking for. Before we knew it we were off test driving the vehicle we thought we might like to buy. I felt no pressure, very relaxed. When we decided it wasn't what we really wanted, he brought up another vehicle for us to test drive. The vehicle didn't have all the options we were looking for so he found us one that did have more options within minutes. Jackpot! This was the one. While in the financial office, the vehicle was given top notch cleanup even though it was very clean already. The financial personal was also amazing! Rick went through all the features of the vehicle and I felt very confident as we left with our new wheels. Thank you SMP!!!
