Very friendly service

Very nice service manager but was unable to locate and address a potential coolant leak. The level is low is now low and needs replenishing. The smell of coolant still exists and I would like this addresed while still under warranty. Great service otherwise.

Jarrett took me to the best truck for me right off the bat. Showed me the features of the truck than introduced me to James who did the financials and got me a very good deal. In all a great experience!

Love my new charger...

I love my new car:))) only concern was being put off on the pick up of my special order vehicle due to a tent sale...putting off an already paying customer for a potential new customer was definitely a disappointment. Special thanks to James in finance and to the receptionist who helped me with the delivery and pick up of my vehicle. .amazing lady..she should definitely get recognized for her help..

I love my new YELLOW FIAT!

This is my second YELLOW FIAT in one year. My first Fiat was hit by a larger pickup truck recently. My Fiat stood up to that truck and kept both my husband and teenage daughter as safe as expected. My sales rep, Shelley Shanahan, knew how much I loved my first Fiat and worked hard to find me a perfect replacement. Shelley and her team were awesome, just like the first time. We were treated with compassion especially this time because of the tragic way my first Fiat met it's demise. The people whose paths we have crossed since the accident have all stated "what a great car. Look at how well the cabin of the car held up." And many have said they will look at a Fiat for their next car. Thank you to Provincial Chrysler Fiat for the great service once again.

From the start of the process to the keys in my hands, this was a very positive and non pressure experience. There is something about buying a vehicle in Windsor that is better than anywhere else. It is a city that knows what the customer wants. Provincial Chrysler, Ryan Eddy and James Ross made this process actually enjoyable. At no point in the 7 months, from the day I walked into the showroom in November and got the keys in May did I ever feel overwhelmed. I got the vehicle I wanted, the way I wanted and the price I wanted. Thanks
