I am only giving a star because I can't give zero stars. Based on my experience and several of my friend's experience, as well as stories and opinions I have always heard and still hear from people that I don't even know,..the famly employees of the Ottawa locations provide terrible service and are very arrogant and hit on the female customers if they desire to

HORRIBLE! I'm from BC and brought my car to them a couple of times. The service from my local dealership in BC was absolutely fantastic so I was expecting the same here. Wow was I sooooo wrong!! They won't answer your questions about the best way to move forward with a problem. Their service advisors don't have a clue infact one told me that I had to get a tail light diagnosed for the little LEDS being burned out. I made an appointment for that and after waiting two weeks for the appointment, I go in only to be told that they just need to order a new light and no diagnosis is neccessary. I've had a few other issues such as a light flickering for my door lock. I ask them if its something I can replace on my own vice paying a diagnosis fee for them to tell me it's just a lightbulb but their answer every time is that they have to diagnose it. Geez!! They are completely frustrating. Thankfully, I have found a highly positively reviewed local repair shop that will also deal with my Audi extended warranty so I never have to go back to Mark Motors again. I will say this one positive thing about them is dealing with their body shop. Very nice. The only downside was their offer to wait 6 weeks for the repair if I wanted to drive another Audi. Stupid me as I thought it would be nice to see what a newer Audi is like (mine is a 2010) but I got a 2006 for the loaner. With all the negative reviews over the years, why haven't they made any changes to fix it??

We have spent years working around the fact that Mark Motors Audi and Porsche service appointments have to be booked several weeks in advance, no loaner cars are offered, repairs are done at an extremely leisurely pace (and once the repairs are done, they expect you to pick your vehicle up instantly with no notice, because of their ridiculously small lot), and in several instances the problem wasn't even fixed. Buying a new vehicle from them did not improve the treatment we received, if anything, it's gotten worse. We're buying a new Q7 this spring and we will be buying it from Toronto, and our servicing and vehicle purchases will be from there from now on. I'd rather drive to Toronto and be treated like a human being. I won't set foot in Mark Motors again.

I can sincerely say that I had an incredible experience with Mark Motors. My sales representive, Nick, was warm, gracious and very attentive. My experience in the dealership has always been positive. I absolutely love my Audi and the service I received was outstanding. I would unreservedly recommend this dealership.
